Robert K Haury
President, DOC Hospitality

Bob Haury brings over 23 years of hotel management and hospitality leadership experience to the DOC team. He has opened and managed several hotels in most major markets throughout the United States, including Chicago, Atlanta, San Francisco and Washington DC, while representing industry leading extended stay brands such as Residence Inn by Marriott, Summerfield Hotels and Staybridge Suites.
As a seasoned field operator, Mr. Haury has served in a variety of multi-unit management positions including Regional Manager, Residence Inn by Marriott; Area Manager, Lodgeworks, Inc. (formerly Summerfield Hotel Corporation); and most recently Chicago Area Director, Dellisart Lodging Hospitality Management. He is a specialties veteran of new hotel openings, acquisition/conversion renovations, and sales and staff restoration for troubled markets. Mr. Haury has also made many written contributions to departmental training programs and operating procedural manuals for every company he has served.
In addition, he has served several hotel General Manager's councils and Hotel/Motel boards across the United States, as well as many municipal chambers on fund raising committees for community service. Mr. Haury attended The University of Nebraska where he received his B.A. in English. |

Lisa Aldrich
General Manager, Staybridge Suites Hotel
With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Lisa Aldrich is a seasoned hotelier. She has 16 years in hotel management, holding positions including Front Office Manager, Rooms Director, Operation Manager/Trainer, Director of Sales and Marketing to General Manager.
Ms. Aldrich's extensive training began at Wyndham International and includes Train the Trainer Certification, Customer Service I and II, and Empowerment. Her education continued with Marriott International's Sales Edge, and Sage Hospitality's Professional Selling Skills and Professional Sales Coaching and continued through many more programs. Exceptional service led her hotel to winning the Marriott International's Silver Award for Customer Service in 2003, 2004, and 2005. Record revenues and selling strategies culminated in Sage Hospitality's “Embracing a Sales Culture” Award in 2005. While General Manager at the Residence Inn, her team won Sage Hospitality's prestigious Community Service Award in 2004 and Marriott International's Residence Inn Community Service Award in 2005.
Community involvement and volunteering is an integral part of Ms. Aldrich's life. This is reflected in the organizations she has been a part of, such as Rotary International where she held the position of Sergeant-at-Arms and participated in the RIF (Reading is Fundamental) and the foreign exchange program, welcoming two students into her home. She is also active in FMR (Friends of Milwaukee Rivers), Children's Hospital, MS Society, and Second Harvest.
Ms. Aldrich joined DOC Hospitality Milwaukee in 2006 and is the General Manager of the Staybridge Suites that will open in the spring of 2008. Currently, she is utilizing her license as a broker to pre-sell the condo units for the Residences on Water that will be located above the Staybridge Suites Hotel. |

Debbie A. Clark
General Manager, Hotel Indigo
Debbie Clark represents another hotel success story, as she began her hospitality career at the Best Western Midway Motor Lodge in Warren, Michigan. Ms. Clark started as a housekeeper, during her high school summer break, and then found herself in the front of the house as a front desk clerk. In June, 1987, she moved to Fort Myers, Florida to become part of the new opening team of the Holiday Inn Select, Fort Myers, Florida. Over the next five years, Ms. Clark held various management and accounting positions. Her passion for training led her to the new hotel opening training team of several Cooper Company owned hotels. These hotels included Holiday Inn's in Atlanta, Georgia, Hattiesburg, Mississippi and Fort Myers, Florida.
In 1992, Ms. Clark accepted a position of Front Desk Manager at the Holiday Inn Central in Fort Myers, Florida. She was promoted to Rooms Division Manager in 1992 and then to Hotel Manager. During this time, the Holiday Inn Central remained #1 in Guest Satisfaction for the entire year of 1993 and was awarded the Holiday Inn Torchbearer Award.
Ms. Clark returned to Cooper Company in 1994 as Rooms Division Manager at the Holiday Inn Select. During her tenure, her hotel was awarded the Quality Excellence Award and the coveted Torchbearer Award in 1994 and 1995. In 1997, Ms. Clark was promoted to Assistant General Manager of the newly constructed Homewood Suites. In 1998, the hotel achieved the "Outstanding" rating and it was also ranked no. 5 out of 60 hotels in GSRS. In 2001, she accepted the position of Revenue Manager for both hotels, the Holiday Inn Select and the Homewood Suites.
Ms. Clark joined DOC Hospitality in January, 2006 as the General Manager of the Quality Hotel in Fort Myers, Florida. During her tenure, this hotel was renovated and converted into the Holiday Inn Downtown Historic District and was awarded the IHG Renovation award in October, 2007. Ms. Clark currently holds the position of General Manager at Hotel Indigo in Fort Myers, Florida. |
