Ray Ruyak joined DOC in November, 2006 to lead the purchasing division, “Get Purchasing”. Mr. Ruyak has over 20 years of experience ranging from operations, purchasing, logistics, and sales and project management within the storage and transportation industry. He has taken leadership roles in large construction/ relocation projects utilizing skills in scheduling, just-in-time delivery techniques, problem solving and performance with respect to budgetary compliance. His proven negotiation skills, passion for customer service and ability to lead and motivate others has brought success throughout many projects and he has earned the reputation as the go-to-guy for getting things done right and on time.

Mr. Ruyak's many projects have ranged from residential moves to supervising the relocation of the Greater Pittsburgh International Airport, addressing a myriad of relocation needs of Dicks Sporting Goods, relocation of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and project coordination for the HJ Heinz History Center and all museum artifacts therein. On behalf of Get Purchasing, the wholly owned subsidiary of DOC, he has developed an industry-specific software which allows client-accessible inventory tracking as well as instantaneous updates on project status. Mr. Ruyak is certified as a Work Place Safety Officer, OSHA Compliance Inspector and facilitates OSHA standards training. He is a 1987 graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and a minor in Economics.

Annmarie Bolen has 20 years experience providing legal support services to attorneys with various practice specialties. In 2005, she joined a mid-size suburban law firm assisting Attorney Yurick in her banking and real estate practice. In this position, Ms. Bolen furthered her knowledge of corporate law while learning the commercial real estate business. She was instrumental in managing several of the department's files, tracking their progress through bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings. Ms. Bolen possesses strong organizational skills, is an effective planner and is able to identify, coordinate and optimize resources with an eye toward reaching the intended goal. She earned an ABA accredited Paralegal Certificate summa cum laude and holds a Real Estate Title Agent license.

Ms. Bolen joined DOC in August, 2006 to provide general administration of the Pittsburgh office and legal support to Attorney Yurick in her capacity as General Counsel. She currently holds the position of Project Manager preparing franchise applications, coordinating senior financing due diligence and performing project specific research.
